Because if his mouth opens those vantablack tentacles might rear their hypnotic heads again and he may just convince me to completely abandon my belief structure.
I don’t like what he said. So I will punch him in his head. I will fight him until his words are dead. I will ignore him when he pops up again.
Fight *and* flight, I just know he can’t be right. I’ll bury his truth with all my might. Act out of spite because his face brings me fright.
