This bowl full of almond porridge was amazing!! 🥣 I topped it with hot raspberries, apple slices 🍎, mint, nut butter, brazil nuts, flaxseeds and cocoa nibs! Who would like to have a bowl like this right now? I wouldn’t say no! 😅🙈 Have a nice day!!! ♥️

Diese Bowl Porridge habe ich mit Mandelmehl* gemacht. Ich sage euch, die Konsistenz war FANTASTISCH! 😍 Getoppt habe ich alles mit heißen Himbeeren, Apfel 🍎, Minze 🌱, Paranüssen, Leinsamen, Nussaufstrich und Kakaonibs*! Dazu natürlich einen Carokaffeee und noch mehr heiße Himbeeren. 😋
Ich habe jetzt zwei Freistunden und werde in der Zeit für die Chemie Klausur morgen lernen. 🙄 Habt ihr noch Chemie bzw. hattet ihr es bis zum Abitur? Oder seid ihr Chemie-Hasser? 🙈
Ansonsten habe ich heute Nachmittag noch einen Termin, gehe mit meiner Mum einkaufen und danach noch in die Fahrschule. 😇 Was habt ihr heute vor? 🙈

happy sundayyyy! i don't usually workout on sundays but i woke up this morning and was feelin it (listen to your bod ya know). then i came home to ZERO food in the fridge... so i had to take to the cupboard. not mad about the outcome though 🤤 oats never fail! i packed everything up & drove home for break - i'm currently sitting next to the christmas tree watching hallmark christmas movies (obvi) and i am very content 😌🎄
so i know that i don't NEED to share anything on here.. but i aim to be as real and vulnerable as possible with you guys, and i feel as though i'm being fake if i only talk about the good stuff. but reality is, i'm not always positive and happy. i've been kinda in a rut lately and i want to make it very clear that i don't have everything figured out. once i sort through my own thoughts and figure out how i want to take action to make things better, i'll probs hop on stories and talk about it. but for now, just know that everyone is going through their own struggles in some way, shape, or form and you aren't alone. instagram is just the highlight reels of a persons life - not their whole life. with all that being said, i'm still gonna practice what i preach and focus on the positives ☺️ okay thanks for letting me rant and if you made it this far, ilyyyy 💕

She goes to the groomer regularly but in between appointments, I needed something to use at home. Winter is porridge season ⛄️ this particular one is with oats, quinoa and millet topped with all the good stuff: banana, pomegranate, pb, pumpkin seeds, coconut shreds and homemade granola 👌🏼🍒 I hope you’ve all had a great weekend ✨
I used to hate plain oats made into oatmeal for breakfast. I’m talking deep hate. Then I found a recipe by Ingrid Nilsen on YouTube that incorporated mashed banana into the cooked oats. LIFE. CHANGING. Instantly I liked eating oats if I put mashed banana in my oats. I really need to go grocery shopping but am trying to wait for my big shopping trip till Wednesday and as I was scavenging my pantry, fridge and freezer I came up with this meal. I’m actually in the middle of eating it as I’m typing this and fo reals it’s delicious! And crazy filling I might add. The “recipe” (if it can even be called that) is listed below.
About 5 Tbsp quick oats
Mash banana in microwave safe bowl. Add oats and desired amount of water. I say desired amount because some people like runnier oatmeal and some like thick. Microwave for 1-1 1/2 minutes. Once again just depends how much you like them cooked, how much water you added, etc. Top with desired amounts of cinnamon, peanut butter and pecan pieces. ENJOY.
Was reminded this morning at breakfast that “we should all just be grateful for what we do have because it could be so much worse” from a dear friend who lost her mom recently. I felt as if I should be giving that advice but realized her hardship was giving me perspective on today and life. ❤️ So excuse me while I have these deep feels in my oatmeal and think of how certain people are meant to be in your life. 🙏🏻#thepdxbalance

MY GO TO BREAKFAST!
I was never a fan of oatmeal but this! I love it sooo much!! Let's get to the recipe right away😎 For the oats I soaked it in milk (any type of milk or water is fine) overnight and I also mixed in a tbsp of chocolate lean protein powder from @tropeaka and a tbsp of @justins chocolate hazelnut butter (my fav!). The morning after, I make a mini smoothie with frozen blueberries and greek yogurt and you put the oatmeal and the smoothie in a bowl together! It's really good as it is right now but I topped mine with chocolate puffed brown rice (which makes a world of a difference!!), walnuts, granola, and some raspberries! I literally cannot wait for breakfast these days😫😫
Monday morning ☀ & it's officially a week until Christmas 🎄✨
• 40g rolled oats
• 30g @trueprotein Rich Choc PEA85 protein powder
• 1 grated zucchini
• 1tsp ground ginger
• 1tsp all spice
• 2c liquid (water or plant milk)
~ toppings: berries + @lovingearth caramelized buckinis and a piece of raw mint chocolate which I ordered off @sprout_market 🌱
Oatmeal for breakfast always a great way to start the morning
Hard to improve upon a classic but I couldn’t resist trying muesli with a festive flair. I’ve swapped milk for eggnog in the recipe in profile link and it’s now beginning to taste a lot like Christmas! 😋🎄✨
Salted caramel protein cookies 🙊🙊🙊 OMG soooo good!! 1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup nut butter (I used a mixture of peanut and cashew nut)
1 tbsp yoghurt
Blend all the above together and mix in the following dry ingredients...
1 cup oats
2 scoops vanilla diet whey
1/2 cup chopped chocolate (or nuts for a healthier option)
1 tbsp chia seeds/linseeds
1 tsp baking powder
Mix everything together and roll into balls. Add about half a tsp of salted caramel to each ball and flatten on baking tray. Bake for 10-15 mins until golden brown and.... RESIST EATING THEM ALL AT ONCE 😝
