Everyone has noticed that I've lost a lot of weight recently & many are curious how I did it ... This is how, 100 days ago today. I decide to make a lifestyle change. I eliminated all MEAT and processed foods, in conjunction with exercise. I lost 21lbs in 3 months. However that's not all, my "Secret Weapon" helped accelerated my weight loss while also making an extra income I will reveal the details on Tuesday 10/24. Stay tuned 💪🏾
