Today I have a christmassy coconut bowl with lucuma-maca-cocoa superfood adds.
Very simply and tasty too. Sometimes I experiment with breakfast and try different ingredients combinations. It works most of the time😉 so I can proudly share this recipe with you as it was delicious 😋
100 g rolled oats
2 tbsp coconut flakes
2 tsp coconut milk 75 %
2 tsp lucuma powder
2 tsp maca-raw cocoa powder
2 tsp ground flax seeds ( optional )
Put the oats in a pot with water and warm it up on a heater. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well.Done! Top with your favorite fruits and dark chocolate.

Dairy has always been unnecessary in human diet. We never needed it. Calcium is readily available in plants for instance, Nuts, green veggies and many more!
Dairy is riddled with contaminants. These contaminants range from hormones to pesticides.
Everything in cow's milk the nutrients the fats etc is designed for this one purpose, to feed and grow a baby cow into an adult cow. So when humans, consume dairy we end up with complications.
Consumption of dairy has been directly linked to many human ailments present today. For instance cancer (breast and prostate), bone health, cardiovascular diseases, fat content, intolerance to lactose, skin issues, lumps etc
Dairy cows and bovine are always injected with hormones to produce more milk. Above all of this, dairy cows do not live happy, they never get to feed their babies and are constantly artificially inseminated to keep them pregnant, so that humans can have their milk.
Upon giving birth, calves are removed from their mothers. Baby boys are killed for veal and baby girls will end up k, soy, wheat, hazelnut milks are not only super tasty but are laden with the nutrients your body needs.
So why not, Ditch Dairy and go with the goodness in plants?
