Amazing Spider-Man 33. Classic John Romita cover.
Mexican edition published by La Prensa.
Here's a bit of information for those who are new to collecting foreign editions or may not be in the know. Notice the "STUDIO DRAWING H.N.G." stamp on the rght side? You'll see it from time to time on both La Prensa & Novaro books from Mexico. Books bearing this stamp were the personal file copies of Hector Nava Garcia. He worked as a cartoonist in Mexico starting in 1947 and his comic referrence library was vast. He drew covers for some of Mexico's most famous comics including Paquito and Pepin. For many years there was some debate about the origin of this stamp on copies of both Novaro and La Prensa books coming out of Mexico & South America. This information has now been clarified thanks to Ed Flores & Rulo Pantoja. The Studio Drawing copies are held in high regard among some collectors because of the history behind them.
