Hi everyone! Hope your Monday was great. Just wanted to update you guys. I am in Houston, Texas to visit family for the holidays. Today i trained at the Hayden Gym for a full body session & some steady state cardio. Tomorrow and Wednesday i will be training at @officialalphaletegym (stay tuned to my IG story for the actual time, but I’m thinking 2pm-4pm both days) . If you’re in the area, feel free to come say hi, the gym will have guest passes available if you want to train while you’re there. I would love to say hi to you between my sets or before / after. And yes, of course @VinnieTheFrenchie1 will be there too. Das it! Just a life update. I’m beyond happy to be with my family. I know it’ll be a while before i see them again so really focusing on them this trip & soaking in every moment i get. 🖤
Crazy busy day today and I still have a ton left to do. It's 10pm and I had every excuse to not train tonight but I still did. Why? Because nothing great comes without challenges and sacrifice. You either do or you don't. Today..I did. Did you? #duespaid

Had my Megawatt earlier and smashed delts. Doing overhead press on the smith machine. Nothing crazy just slight work. 💪🏽 FYI, sometimes I grunt randomly.

At the end of the day, you are to take a screen shot of your consumption for the day and DM the screenshot to me. I will look over your intake and see what we can do together to help you get on the right track and kill the holiday trend! * *

People often ask me how I do it. I ask them how they don’t. My son has been coming with me to the gym since day one. I realize I’m lucky and not all gyms would allow this. I’m also very fortunate to be able to make time to exercise and to teach my boy. I want him to grow up with a knowledge and understanding of what it is to be healthy. I want him to know how to lift properly, how to eat properly, and how to learn balance.
Childhood obesity is becoming an issue that is spreading fast and as parents, it is up to us to make the healthier decisions so our little ones learn from our influence.

My morning routine is really important to me. I always wake up earlier to have breakfast/tea & make sure I take my supplements.
I've found rushing out the door has a serious negative impact on my day. So, I set my alarm for a little earlier to ensure I can have a nutritious breakfast.
First I usually start with tea, I really try to limit my caffeine intake. If I have to much it makes me really anxious and in a bad mood lol I personally think caffeine is highly over-consumed causing lots of negative effects on peoples mood and adrenal systems.
Once I have my breakfast (usually avocado toast w/eggs) I take my supplements. This is where @1stphorm Comes in. I use to have a million different bottles but now with their micro factor packs it includes most of the vitamins I take! -
