Gonna be honest here & say the other day I came very very close to a breakdown. I recently had to pick up quite a bit more shifts at work to make sure I was able to pay my bills lol & I feel as if that's crushing my time to put work towards my dreams...
But GUESS WHAT that's life. My reality is my reality, no matter what my goals & dreams are. It hurts to not be able to go all in on my dreams every minute of every day but you gotta realize that going all in on your reality is the only way to make it to where you want to be.
Creating content isn't going to pay the bills, my job is. So, you gotta accept that and although your dreams don't have to necessarily take the back burner, you gotta take care of your REALITY & your real life shit. I know this seems like an extremely simple concept lol but when I have so many things going through my head of things I want to do, my mind moves faster than my body can and it causes me to feel extreme stress as if I'm not doing enough to put effort towards my dreams...
If you feel this way, you're not slacking, you're taking care of your shit. Still trying to find that perfect balance between dreams and reality, but just make sure you're still paying attention to your current situation & your reality while you're working towards your dream life.
What if The Universe doesn't hate you?
What if God doesn't hate you?
What if you arent unlucky?
What if instead the hardships placed in front of you are a gift designed to strengthen your discipline, fortitude, determination, drive & skill set to better prepare you for a successful & fulfilling life?
What if the Universe, God & Life actually love you and are providing you with a tremendous opportunity that you waste because youre too busy being a "poor little me"?
Something to think about.
You can keep your "destination" and give me the journey.
After all is said and done...
It's the sweat.
The 4:30 am alarm clocks.
The late nights.
All of it mixed together like one big bad ass college drink that makes it worth the while.
All too often in life and in business people focus on the destination and forget to stop, sit back and smell the roses.
This doesn't do it justice for all of the inspiration that I have had from so many of you along my journey... but from the bottom of my heart I thank you! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.
Without each and everyone of you I would not be where I am at today!

It's Sunday. I'm outta town. Woke up feeling pretty lazy. Last thing I wanted to do was train but I knew I needed to get it in.
I could hear my trainers voice in my head, I could hear that super badass version of myself in my head saying "you want that body". The other voice, the lazy one who likes to lay around on Sundays was louder.
I got up anyways.
The whole drive to the gym, the lazy voice was louder. "I'll just do an easy full body"
"I'll just lift light today and focus more on movement"
Then I walked in, paid the fees to use a gym only for one day and that badass voice in my head said "Fuck it, let's crush legs". And so it was done. -Squats
-Split squats superset with good mornings.
-Sumo squats superset
single leg RDLs
-Seated curls superset
with skull crushers
-Cable pull downs superset
with push downs
-Finished with abs in the Roman chair
Outta my comfort zone, no security of my trainer, in a strange gym... something that I would normally let throw me off completely but instead I told that lazy mediocre voice to shut it and got to work.
Do the work. Even when you don't want to.

Since my cardio has increased I've been loving getting up early and doing my cardio fasted. Fasted means I don't eat prior to exercise. Doing cardio before I start my day gets my endorphins flowing and energizes me for the day ahead. I like to zone out and meditate during this time. -
Since I'm dieting it's super important that I try to retain as much muscle as I can right now so I always make sure I'm drinking my lemonade BCAAs during cardio. Branched Chain Amino Acids are the essential amino that your body needs to operate. BCAAs are essential for physique athletes to help build muscle but also decreases muscle fatigue for your everyday gym go-er! -
