Drilling wells is only one way to create access to water. At the Rwentuuha Primary school in Uganda, Project Waterfall worked with @wateraid to build rainwater harvesting tanks which catch and store rainfall and then naturally filter the water so children are able to access fresh drinking water year round. With rainwater harvesting tanks on the school grounds, children no longer need to take unnecessary time out of class to collect water and they can spend more time focusing on their lessons. THE DARK SIDE OF TANNING
While sun bathing can sounds like a luxurious affair, the dermatologist have jumped in to say NO TO TANNING.
In fact, just a small amount of sunlight is needed for the body to manufacture vitamin D. But not in the case of Sun bathing, indoors (tanning booths)or outdoors. So think again next time you are offered sunbathing at a spa.The ultraviolet rays can cause damage to your cells DNA leading to risk of skin cancer and wrinkles. Now we don't want that. While prolonged Sun exposure is harmful to all skin types, People with Fitzpatricks skin types I, II, and III are at greatest risk (refer to previous post).
TIPS: ⭕Plan your outdoor activities to avoid the sun's strongest rays, if possible.
⭕As a general rule, avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
⭕Wear protective covering such as broad-brimmed hats, long pants, and long-sleeved shirts to reduce sun exposure. If on a 👙, wear sunglasses and wide brimmed hats and lots of sunscreeen
⭕Wear 👓 that provide 100% UV ray protection.
⭕When outdoors, always wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen with Sun Protection Factor (SPF) 15 or greater, which will block both UVA and UVB, and apply 30mins before sun exposure.

There is so much confusing info out there but if we look at things the way they are and truly seek truth, we will find it. 🙌🏽Milk is a substance meant for babies. 👶🏼🐶🐵🐱 Mother’s milk is actually the most perfect food for babies. Each animal, including humans, have the best ratio of nutrients in its milk. However, once we are weened off our OWN mother’s milk, drinking cow milk is extremely unhealthy for us. It is acidic for our bodies (all cancer patients have acidic bodies), very mucus forming (pimples and runny nose) and it actually robs our bones of calcium. 👎🏼 It has been linked to cancer and asthma development 🙀 If you are worried about calcium, you can drink orange juice and green leafy veggies that will supply plenty of it in a form that your body can absorb.
