Don't know what to make of it and already missing waking up to do yoga and meditation on @quarterlifehealthproject - but Just finished filming an interesting interview with the lovely @stephkazolides pivoting around these quarter life crisis' we all seem to be going through at the moment. Where do these pressures come from - social media, up bringings our surroundings? Why are we so body conscious, why are so many young people suffering from mental health issues and just generally not feeling happy with who they are. “What is your secret?” is the question I’ve gotten from most people since day 1, and I wouldn’t call it secret, it’s more so TRAINING the right way! A good training comes with THE WHOLE PACKAGE 📦 What does this mean!? It means writing down ALL your plans week to week and following them! What should a good plan include!? -
Here are some examples
1️⃣knowing what days to train each muscle group and staying on track with it💪
2️⃣knowing what exercises to do that will get you THE BEST results throughout your journey and not just doing anything just to say I’ve worked out💪
3️⃣ What is you DIETING like!? Knowing what to eat on days you train different muscle groups will help you as you put on those gainz💪
4️⃣And lastly, knowing how many hours needed to train each muscle group which for me, I found helped me achieve great results looking at my progress from then and now🙌💪

I lift weights 4-5 days a week. I do a mixture of arms, legs, and Glutes. I do have an athletic build, but my body still moves like a woman. You can lift and be feminine at the same time #FlexFriday
Every night @recdedmond and I fall asleep with our hands on my belly feeling our precious one kicking and rolling. If we give her/him a nudge we get a kick back in return - it’s the cutest thing ever! 🙌🏼😍
