These are comments i regulary get from fat gym fucks who think they are bodybuilders because they weigh 100kg but don't realize they got like 40% bodyfat😂 like im not huge, im not super strong, but ask urself this, how did you look at 15? How much did u bench? Did u even lift? My goal is just to be the best version of myself. Not having 22inch arms of 50% fat and be posting motivational gym posts when YOU don't even look like u lift anything else than hamburgers. Just for a comparison tho, im 5'7 weighing 10kg more than my friends that are same heigh and at 15% bodyfat while im at 8%
