What do you think? To much? 🤔
Ending the week like a BOSS. I am VERY proud of my team, putting 4 units into contract this week, particularly @scottxhernandez whose diligence, analytic acumen and perseverance helped us get 50 Riverside over the finish line, last asking $6,850,000 #numbersdontlie#hardworkpaysoff#tgif
✨YOU CAN ACHIEVE EVERYTHING you set your mind to - IF you are willing to work for it. This is my journey from May 2017 to October 2017. The picture in May was taken at the end of my bulk. I bulked for 9/10 months and gained 22lbs🙌 I loved making so much progress in the gym, getting more curvy, and seeing my body grow and develop😊 But I was also getting more and more curious about the muscle I gained during my bulk, which is why I decided to start my cut 5 months ago. It is definitely amazing to see what your body is capable of 💪
Trust me. If I can do it. So can YOU✨#transformation#selflove

My body has been fluctuating a lot lately✌🏼Since my schedule has been changing and 3 days a week now I'm doing 5-8:30 days my stress and sleep levels have been all out of whack! So I thought I'd talk about the fact that we ALL get bloated. And it can be so frustrating to have those day to day fluctuations and changes despite feeling like we are doing our best efforts to stay healthy! So I wanted to talk a bit about what can influence fluctuations in your body! Bloating/weight/digestion etc. and what you can do naturally to help combat these factors!
Being aware of your body and your body's needs is the first step but some factors that can influence this are💕
Hormones: Hormones can directly and indirectly effect how and where your body holds onto water and weight. For instance when a female is going to get her cycle most times a few days before and during her cycle she will have increased water retention naturally. But for overall lifestyle changes and hormonal fluctuations for health reasons my advice is up the healthy fats! Let's say it again, having a good amount of healthy fats in your diet is actually proven to help with hormonal regulation, digestive health and to help with repairing the gut from damage. Having enough healthy fats in your diet may also significantly help with protecting our cells and organs and increasing healthy hormone production which can play a big role in how and WHERE your body holds on to visceral fat or water weight. 🥑
Inflammatory foods and gut health: Inflammation due to diet or diet changes can really impact how your body is looking or feeling day to day. Having the majority of your food coming from natural sources, and incorporating fermented foods such as kimchi, komboucha or sauerkraut can be beneficial for inflammation and overall gut health and reparation. Cooked vegetables, bone broth, and healthy fats such as coconut oil, avocado, hemp seed oil, almond and olive oil can also be helpful for gut health, indigestion, bloating and gas. Being aware of foods that impact your body differently such as dairy intolerances, gluten intolerances, soy intolerances or your fiber intake is such an important tool. Continued below😅
