Here's a little bit of history about myself. I lost some weight 6 stones (38kg) using The Cambridge weight plan 10 years ago. When I got to my goal weight one of the things that my consultant said was " if you go back to eating the same food you were eating prior to losing the weight you will put the weight back on. So fast forward 2017 instead of an almond Croissant and a Cappachino with 4 sugars, I've opted for 👉🏾 Oats
👉🏾 A banana
👉🏾 Raspberries 👉🏾 Almond milk 👉🏾 Honey
This will keep me fuller for longer whilst giving me all the nutrients I need for my workout at 12
