I cast and painted about 300 of these little crowd bugs. There were 9 different versions to add a little variety. They were mounted on little carts with springs, and then hooked up in trains with more springs- so when we pulled them across the bridge they would jiggle a bit. The wheels for the carts were pulled off of little Hot Wheel cars that we’d buy by the case at Toys R Us. The bridge was created by Scott Nordlund and Jose Loyola. Swipe for uncensored photos ~ it seems the more time I spend on a doll, the more attached I become. I'm not quite sure I am ready to sell this girl, which is how I know she is finally ready. ♡ I think that the body blushing and tattoos really brought her to life, what do you think?
