Been getting lots of questions lately about buildin a booty. There's a lot I can suggest, but to keep things simple, I highly recommend hitting 3 exercises 2-3x every week.
1. Stiff Leg DLs
2. Heavy Squats (don't lock knees like me)
3. Glute Bridges
Be consistent and you will see your baby pony turn into a full blown ass🐴

Doing exercises for the chest at the gym can give woman the perky breasts and cleavage they want. However, most of them shy away from doing them due to some myths they harbour.

I would really like to take the time to put an emphasis on one of the biggest issues we all have when it comes to anything we want to achieve. For me, I am currently on a self-love and care journey, as well as a fitness journey. With these journies I am on, it is taking a lot of patience and strength to really stay the course.
