So to get obvious out of the way... not all of the bananas are 100 calories 🍌😜 it's a very common misconception within the Health and Nutrition community that a banana will be 100 calories, but many people do not take into consideration its size. But ultimately all of them are carbs with higher sugar content compared to other fruits such as Grapes & Watermelon🤓 Is it not what you were thinking?
They are still delicious and healthy 😍🤗 Don't exclude them from your nutrition plan as bananas are a good source of potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and fiber. They fill you up quickly and since they are rich in calories, they keep you full for longer. They are such a great post workout snack
Ensure that you weigh your banana before consuming / tracking its calorie or at least, judge it's calorie content by looking at its size , its quite easy once you get the hang of it! 🌟
