A long post 😊
A year ago today, I packed my bag, got on a night train from Oslo, then arrived early in the morning in Stavanger. The city was really quiet compare to Oslo!
I bought a ferry ticket to Tau and also a bus ticket from Tau to Preikestolen Fjellstue in Jørpeland. This is the starting point of the hike.
My bag was heavy because of foods, and my clothes are heavy too 😂. So I wear my sister's jacket even though it wasn't cold. To think of it now, I was over prepared alias "parnoan bakal kelaperan & kedinginan". Lol
The hike was really fun, lil bit ngos2an at the start, but thanks to the fresh air and water, I could keep going to the top. The views along the journey were something I never seen before. 😭 In less than two hours, I reached the Preikestolen. Even myself couldn't believe it. I called my sister right away *di atas tebing pun sinyal lancar 😂*. Who said you can't go fast and far alone? 😝
Back to Stavanger, I wandered around the city for a while, and just sat near Vågen. Wanted to see that old neighborhood (white houses), but I was too tired laaah 🤕. So, when I finally found the Indonesian restaurant, I was like omgomgomg Thanks God. There's nothing better than having a plate of Mie Aceh after a long hike right? 😆 And thank you to the kind people there, to let me stay while I wait for my train back to Oslo, for the coffee, chit chat, and ride to the train station! #preikestolen#stavanger
